The predominantly owner occupiers of apartments in this iconic Fender Katsalidis building demanded a high level of repairs & maintenance and Owners Corporation compliance and Rick was able to continually meet these demands over a 5 year period.
With shops, restaurants, a Quest Apartment Hotel and 150 residential apartments, Hero had a myriad of challenges for an Owners Corporation Manager. Rick worked closely with the Committee to ensure that all stakeholders had the opportunity to enjoy the building and surrounds of this unique Melbourne building.
Another iconic Melbourne building is shared equally between residents and a 4½ star luxury hotel. Ensuring a harmonious relationship between the sometimes conflicting interests of the two partner groups was a challenge met and delivered.
